Society Tea’s cafes transformed from grab-and-go kiosks to immersive experiences through a clever design. This boost in brand visibility and customer loyalty turned them into routine stops for commuters, driving sales with basket selling and solidifying Society Tea’s presence in key locations.
The challenge lay in creating a distinct identity for Society Tea amidst the fast-paced and competitive environment of Mumbai Metro stations. The design needed to convey the essence of Society Tea effectively and the brand’s offering of premium tea varieties and snacks in a quick-service format.
Recognizing the importance of a strong brand, we revamped Society Tea’s image to resonate with busy commuters. We used a calming blue to evoke trust and designed the kettle to be visually appealing, influencing purchase decisions. The design prioritized showcasing tea and snacks to create a welcoming atmosphere that enticed commuters to explore Society Tea’s offerings for a quick and satisfying tea break.
Our retail design for the Tea Café enabled the kiosks to become more than just points of sale; they became experiences. The strategic design approach increased the brand visibility and advocacy. This way, the Tea Cafés not only offer a quick tea fix but can also become integral to commuters’ routines, contributing to the growth of Society Tea’s top line through basket selling and establishing a strong presence in key locations.
