FOUNDER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Akhilesh brings 20+ years’ experience as a creative and design director. He is design problem solver at heart and believes in innovation, unbridled design ideas and imagination to transcend brands higher. Working closely with clients and the creative, he oversees and ensures overall creative excellence. A multi-disciplined chief creative has provided creative direction, strategy, branding, naming, product design, retail & packaging for both national & international clients. Prior to founding Procreate, he has helped clients to build & strengthen their brands profitably & successfully - Parle, CavinKare, Zydus Cadila, Unilever, Pillsbury, McCain, Bridgestone, Hershey’s, ITC, UB Group, Henkel, Reliance, Wipro, Shalimar, Reckitt & Benckiser.
Dr. Swarnima Kashyap
BUSINESS HEAD – DIGITAL MARKETING
As a digital & Client Director Dr. Swarnima helps build strong partnerships with clients, championing their voice throughout the execution of projects. She identifies ways to grow the business both strategically and creatively, foster a fun and healthy dynamic between our teams and serve as a partner to businesses. After completing her basic education in the green valley of Mussoorie, she completed Engineering from Kanpur. An M.Tech degree in nanotechnology from Amity university Noida followed by an internship in Europe. She got her degree of Doctorate from National institute of Technology, Rourkela. She bears experience and knowledge in research and strategic thinking, coming up from a business family background.
